MILEENIA – EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY 

At Mileenia, we strive to offer a smooth, transparent, and fair shopping experience. To maintain hygiene, sustainability, and operational efficiency, please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

🚫 No Money Refund Policy 

Mileenia does not offer refunds in cash or to the original payment method.
All approved refunds are issued only as Store Credit (Gift Card), usable on the
Mileenia website

🎁 Sale Orders & Discount Codes

  • Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for return
  • Only size exchange is allowed for sale items, subject to stock availability
  • Gift Cards and coupon codes cannot be used during sales

🖤 Black Friday Sale Policy

  • No returns on Black Friday sale orders
  • Size exchange only, subject to availability
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

🚚 Failed Pickup Policy

In rare cases, pickups may fail due to courier or delivery issues.

If this happens, customers are requested to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

🔁 Size Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

Requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
  • Items with stains, damage, or wear are not eligible unless received in that condition

Valid Reasons for Exchange

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Innerwear, swimwear, accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customised or personalised items

Exchange Charges 

  • Second-time returns are not allowed

Exchange Process

  • Submit request via our returns portal
  • Pickup will be attempted twice
  • If unsuccessful, self-shipping is required
  • Processing time: 10–12 working days

Stock Availability

If the requested size is unavailable, a Store credit or alternative product option will be provided.

Direct product-to-product exchange is not allowed.

Issuance

  • Store Credit is issued only to the registered email ID used while placing the order.

How to Use Store Credit

  • Check your email for the Store Credit coupon code sent by Mileenia.
  • Visit our website and proceed to checkout.
  • Log in using the same email ID (OTP-based login).
  • Creating a full account is not mandatory.
  • At checkout, paste the Store Credit coupon code in the coupon field to redeem.

Important Store Credit Terms

  • Valid for 180 days from the date of issue
  • Cannot be combined with other coupon codes
  • No exchange or return is allowed on orders placed using Store Credit
